# Pyrelo

> Pyrelo is the complete work platform for small teams in India — HRMS, tasks, finance, calendar, chat, file storage, AI assistant, and 40+ free browser-based tools — all in one flat-priced dashboard. Built and maintained by Chinmay Bhat, a solo founder based in India. Pyrelo replaces the 5+ SaaS tools small businesses typically juggle (HRMS + project manager + finance app + team chat + AI assistant) with a single dashboard at flat per-team pricing — never per-user.

The hosted plans are Starter (₹599/month for up to 30 employees), Growth (₹1,099/month for up to 60), and Scale (₹1,699/month for up to 100). The Own DB plan is ₹2,999/year for unlimited users on a self-managed Supabase project. All plans include every feature. Cancel anytime.

Pyrelo is built specifically for Indian SMBs with India-aware HR rules — auto-calculated PF, ESI, Gratuity, and TDS in payroll; PAN/Aadhaar storage with row-level security; passport photo specs for India and 15 other countries; GSTIN/PAN validators; IFSC and SWIFT code lookup; HSN code search; PIN code lookup. Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, and 11 other Indian languages supported in the OCR tool.

The free Pyrelo Tools at /tools are the marketing entry point for the dashboard. Every tool runs entirely in the user's browser using pdf-lib, pdf.js, Canvas API, SheetJS, Tesseract.js, or @huggingface/transformers — no backend processing, no upload endpoint, no signup, no watermarks. Privacy is architectural rather than policy-based: there is no upload to leak, breach, subpoena, or retain.

## Tech stack & integrations

Pyrelo is built on Next.js (Pages Router), React 19, Tailwind 4, deployed on Vercel. The database is Supabase (PostgreSQL + GoTrue auth). The Android app is built with Capacitor, the Mac app with Electron + electron-builder. AI features use Groq SDK with Llama 3.1 models. Payments via Razorpay. File storage on the user's own Google Drive (HR Document Vault) with OAuth scope `drive.file`. Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and Web Push (browser + Mac/Windows). Sensitive secrets (Aadhaar, PAN, Supabase service role keys) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM via per-tenant keys held outside the database.
